Fall workdays
Have common woody invasives like buckthorn, honeysuckle, or autumn olive on your property? Do you want to learn how to safely and effectively remove them?
Join DCIST and Wild Ones for one of the fall workdays! During these workdays, you’ll get hands-on identification and practical experience removing some of these common woody invasives. Plus, the work that you will be doing will help protect two of Door County’s natural areas.
We’ll be hosting multiple dates at Franke Park and Woodside Wildflower Preserve. We hope you can join us for one or all the dates! All equipment will be provided, but feel free to bring your own tools. All events will run for 2 hours, but stay as long as you are able.
